It is a low budget movie about an Asian-american actor (Ken Leung) that gets involved with a high school girl (Hayden Pannettiere). It has a good plot and earned prices in Newport Beach Film Festival and San francisco International Asian American Film Festival (not the greatest prices, but anyway). 7.1 stars at IMDB.com is not bad.
